Our Mission
To deliver consistently excellent, stress-free home cleaning that respects both our clients’ time and their living environment. We exist to make life easier for Windsor families, not through empty promises or gimmicks, but through reliable, high-quality work, transparent flat-rate pricing, and genuine care for every home we enter.
We believe that a clean home shouldn’t come with surprises, fine print, or frustration. That means showing up on time, using eco-friendly products as our standard (not an upgrade), and standing behind our work with a straightforward re-clean policy if something isn’t right.
From our first clean in May 2005 to today, our mission has remained simple: treat every home like we’d treat our own, and treat every customer like a neighbor.

Respect for your home as a private space: We treat every home with the same care and discretion we would want in our own. That means no loud music, no rushing through rooms, and no prying eyes. We clean, we leave, and you would hardly know we were there except for the results.

Honest communication before, during, and after every job: If we run into an issue like a stubborn stain or a fragile surface, we tell you right away. No hiding problems. No hoping you won’t notice. We also welcome your feedback openly and act on it quickly.

Consistency from clean to clean: You should never wonder what kind of service you will get today versus last week. Our checklists, systems, and owner led training ensure every clean meets the same standard. What you loved last time is what you will get next time.

Fairness in how we treat our customers and our people: We don’t overbook our cleaners or rush them from job to job. That leads to burnout and sloppy work. Instead, we schedule realistically, pay fairly, and give our team the time they need to do the job right. That fairness flows directly back to you in the form of better service.

Continuous improvement over empty slogans: We do not promise perfection. We promise that we listen, learn, and get better. If something was missed, we fix it. If a customer suggests a better way, we try it. Growth is built into how we operate, not just written on a website.
Our Team
Maid in Windsor is proudly comprised of owner operators and team members who are deeply committed to the City of Windsor. This isn’t just a job for us. It is a craft we take seriously and a community we care about.
Every team member is trained personally by the owner. This hands on approach allows for a continued, open dialogue throughout each cleaner’s tenure. It also means we maintain consistently high standards from the very first day someone joins us.
Some of our team members have been with us for more than six years. In an industry known for high turnover, that is rare. We believe it comes down to treating our people with respect, listening to their feedback, and creating a workplace where they genuinely want to stay.
Our customers often tell us, “Your team always arrives with a smile on.” That comment means everything to us. It tells us our cleaners are not only skilled but also happy, positive, and proud of the work they do. We have a terrific team who are committed and passionate about their work, and it shows in every home we clean.
